"Thai One On"- A Hands on Culinary Adventure with Patty Pond

Food enthusiast and Salisbury resident Patty Pond will lead one of her “Let’s Cook Culinary Adventures” at The Andover Community Hub on Friday, September 25, beginning promptly at 5 p.m. and lasting about three hours. The cost of the evening is $45/person. Spaces limited.

About the event
Food enthusiast and Salisbury resident Patty Pond will lead one of her “Let’s Cook Culinary Adventures” at The Andover Community Hub on Friday, September 25, beginning promptly at 5 p.m. and lasting about three hours. During this hands-on cooking class and dinner party, a group of up to twelve participants will be paired up to prepare Thai-inspired dishes with her help; no particular cooking expertise is required. The group will enjoy snacks as they cook and then sit down and share the meal they’ve prepared.
The menu includes a Thai Coco Welcome Cocktail, Fresh Rolls with Peanut Sauce, Pad Thai with Tofu, Chicken Satay Skewers, Som Tum Thai (Green Papaya Salad), Pad Gra Prow (Thai Basil Beef) and Mango Sticky Rice for dessert. At the end of the evening, recipes will be provided for participants to take home to recreate these dishes in their own kitchens.
