We welcome vendors that make or grow their wares to sell to the public.

Vendor products range from hand knitted crafts to baked goods, hand-turned wooden bowls and boards, local honey, sourdough breads and cookies, tie- dyed tee shirts, and natural essential oil teas and salves, yarns and rovings, and locally raised meats and eggs.

We are always looking for new vendors and especially would like to offer some locally grown fruits and vegetables. Looking for potatoes, carrots, squash, mushrooms, beets, and other cold weather crops. The Hub can host about 20 vendors per month.

Apply by filling out the attached application and follow the guidelines.

You can send applications to Kathy Ordway, one of our Program & Events Committee members. She can be reached at Kordway47@gmail.com

The Andover Hub Market Days Rules & Guidelines

2025 - 2026

Please read the following carefully.  Your signature on the Vendor Application signifies your understanding of these rules and your agreement to comply with them.

  1. All products sold at the Market must be made, produced, grown or value-added by the vendor, vendor’s family or employer.  Each vendor is expected to follow NH State Regulations pertaining to items they sell at the Market and is responsible for any licensing or certification required for their business and products. Vendors must follow NH food labeling laws, including listing business name, address, ingredients, and allergens on the labels.  Non-licensed food vendors must also follow the NH rule stating that the products were manufactured in a residential kitchen.

  2. Market Days are open to the public from 10 am to 2 pm.  Please arrive in time to set up for the Market opening and stay for the duration of the Market unless you sell out.

  3. The building will open on Market Day at 8:30 am, so that vendors may begin unloading and setting up.  Vendors may park in The Andover Hub parking lot while they unload, and are then required to move their cars to the Andover Post Office or Andover School lots, one and two blocks away. If there is a reason why it’s difficult to park that far away, please let us know.

  4. The Market takes place on the main floor and in an additional space 4 steps up in the back of the building, called “the studio;” The Hub’s 8’ tables are all in the studio.  Spaces will be assigned in the best interests of the Market although preferences will be honored if possible.  Vendors will be alternated between the two locations at subsequent markets if possible.

  5. The Market is a non-smoking venue.

  6. In accordance with NH state laws, vendors may not bring pets to the Market.

  7. The Market operates rain or shine unless conditions are unsafe.  Please come prepared.  If a Market is cancelled, vendors will be notified the evening before, at the latest. There will be no rain/snow days; if a cancellation is necessary, vendor fees will be returned.

  8. Please notify the Market Manager as soon as you know if you will not be able to attend a market so vendor spaces and advertising can be adjusted as needed.

  9. Vendors will receive notice of application acceptance.  Please reach out if you don’t hear from us within a week of submitting your application.

  10. The Hub has wireless internet.  Signs are posted throughout the building with passwords.

  11.  For questions at the Market, look for Hub volunteers identified as such by wearing name tags.
