Coffee at the Hub
An informal social time - Drop in for a cup of coffee, plan to meet a friend, stay to chat with whoever is there or grab a table for a quick meeting with colleagues.

All levels Gentle Hatha Yoga

Bone Builders
This low-impact strength and balance program is aimed at reducing or preventing osteoporosis, and is designed primarily for those 55 and older. Participants of all levels of fitness, men as well as women, are welcome to join the class at any time. Free of charge, led by trained local volunteers.

Activities
"Sprechen Sie Deutsch"
German-language speakers, both those completely fluent and those less so, are invited to join a monthly German conversation hour.

Dog Obedience Classes
Dee Ganley teaches periodic popular dog training classes again, beginning in late January. Contact Dee at 603-735-5543, by email at dee@deesdogs.com, or check her website, www.deesdogs.com, for class descriptions, starting dates, times and fees.

Quilting & Crafting with Friends
Alternating Wednesdays, 9 a.m.
An ongoing quilters and crafters group. All are welcome to bring handwork projects to work on while socializing. For information, contact Kathy Ordway at 735-5618.
