Below is a list of our regular fitness classes.
Bone Builders

This low-impact strength and balance program is aimed at reducing or preventing osteoporosis, and is designed primarily for those 55 and older. Participants of all levels of fitness, men and women, are welcome to join the class at any time. Drop-ins welcome. Physician's OK required before using hand or leg weights. Led by trained community volunteers.

Mondays & Thursdays, 9-10 AM No set fee, although small donations are welcome -- $2/session suggested.
Gentle Flow Yoga

This is a gentle flow class with an emphasis on core fitness, flexibility, and reducing stress. The class is offered in-person at the Hub and also with a Zoom option for those who prefer it.

Tai Chi

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art primarily practiced today for its health and exercise benefits that enhance strength and balance. All three classes taught by Blake McNeill from Sutton. Beginning class is for beginner or those with some tai chi experience who would like to learn, review and practice the beginning movements of Tai Chi Gung and the first section of the slow set. Intermediate and advanced classes continue learning and practicing the rest of the slow set. Classes taught by Blake McNeill from Sutton. The fee for the beginning and intermediate classes is $125 for an 8-week series; the advanced class is $160.
Beginning Tai Chi -- Wednesdays, 5-6 pm; Intermediate Tai Chi -- Thursdays, 4-5 pm; Advanced Tai Chi -- Thursdays, 5-6 pm.
