About the event
Charlie Stewart will open his home wood shop for a demonstration of wood bowl turning. Charlie will talk about turning basics, wood structure/ grain orientation, the tools and techniques used to turn a bowl, and then he will turn a bowl from start to finish from a piece of wood.
This is an event that will depend on fair weather for optimal viewing, so if we have rain, we will postpone. Seating is limited so bring a comfortable lawn chair.
