Scent Work with Dogs

Nosework, also known as Scent Work, is a super fun activity for dogs and people.  While there are many careers using scent detection dogs, this class is for fun and sport. The class is designed to build communication between the handler and the dog. 

The class will cover scent theory, odor obedience, odor hygiene, and terminology used in the sport. There are lots of opportunities for competition and we can prepare you for success with strong foundation skills if that is your intent. Your dog may be just as happy searching for a special toy, treats, or essential oils.
